Are they serious? Greenland again? Greenland again. Yeah, the governor of Louisiana was up in Greenland. yes, he came back after his meetings there in Greenland and interviewed, of course.
On Fox, where they refuse to ask any sort of intelligent questions, and and I guess any of their anchors there really don’t do any prep work at all. Zero. Zero prep work. So Jeff Landry claimed that a deal could be had. Deal. anybody getting tired of that word deal? Lots of deals, right? What where? a anyway.
Neither here nor there. Deal could be had. And this one was funny. He claimed that
Greenland, Greenland could be really aiding in the effort in Iran. He said within ten months. ten months they could be exporting two million barrels a day. No, no, no, no. Hold let me correct that. Correct that. He said that they could be exporting two million barrels a day right now.

I actually went on TV and said that. Anchor on Fox News. Really? How? How w what oil rigs? can you just snap your fingers and say, hey! Hey, hey, we’re the clampets here, but you know, ready to go. And we explain this. the difficulty, the expense.
Of getting oil out of the ground. First and foremost, it’s gonna take a long time. Long time. Yeah, is are oil in Greenland? Yes, there is oil in Greenland. that’s nice. How much does it cost to get the oil out of the ground? It’s all your break-even price. We we did an entire podcast this and talked about the various difficulties.
In regards to logistics and roads that need to be put in and all these various different things, environmental concerns, the costs would be astronomical. Astronomical. So there’s no sense in drilling. You see, this is what oil companies do. Not politicos from Louisiana.
That are appointed to be some sort of, I don’t know, Greenland cowboy. I don’t know whatever the hell this guy is. Okay. But he’s an embarrassment to our country. And funny thing is, he’s an embarrassment on the world stage. Everybody just watching this is like, what is this BS he’s talking about? if you don’t think that oil companies understand what br their break even costs are, may want to watch that show Landman, fantastic television show, by the way.

No, the only way they would do that was be by government subsidy, which is a disconnect in the overall market. And we don’t want any of that. So again, you know, we’re we’re we’re back agreed. I I sometimes I think that they just float various different lead balloons, I guess whatever it may be, just to try to confuse people out there, getting them to pay attention to something else.
