This Is Why People Love JD Vance

JD Vance really knocked one out of the park yesterday. He’s doing a real town hall with Chris Cuomo. Chris Cuomo for all of a sudden has become a source of sanity in the media. God bless him, I hope it continues. But anyway, neither here nor there. He’s being interviewed and he made a great point and I really think that everyone should really take this to heart. He said, if you discard
a lifelong friendship because somebody votes for the other team, you’ve made a terrible mistake. Don’t cast aside family members and lifelong friendships. Politics is not worth it. I have a good friend, great guy, real smart guy too, brilliant guy in his field. He just, cannot.
stomach. There’s no way. I mean, we’d be at graduation parties this past summer and talking about it, you know, who you’re going to vote for. says, I can’t do it. I can’t pull the lever for I can’t stand the guy. can’t detest him. I wonder, quite frankly, if people might end up pulling the lever for Trump, people that cannot stand him and his demeanor because of JD Vance and statements like this.
We have we’ve gone we’ve gone backwards when it comes to politics in my opinion. I it’s always been vitriolic here in the United States, but I can’t remember being this bad. I really can’t. I I welcome and I think we all should welcome debate. We shouldn’t try to silence debate. I know I’ve done several podcasts as of late talking about free speech and how, again, I will fight
fight for someone’s right to say something that I vehemently disagree with. I love it. I love getting into arguments and debates with people as long as they’re civil. They should always be civil. you got to also, like I said, you have to learn to walk away sometimes from debates that aren’t going anywhere. Again, something that I learned a long time.

ago in radio, when I had a, you know, daily drive time talk program, three hours a day, to callers. And, you know, oftentimes I would get into debates where people were just getting nasty and personal. And I learned that, you know, that once you get to that point in time, or people are making up their own
facts and just making stuff up. That conversation is absolutely useless. It’s a waste of your breath. It’s a waste of your energy. It’s a waste of your time. Okay, that’s an old saying. Never argue with idiots, okay? Because the level of debate, the level of discourse is never gonna rise above idiocy. So don’t do it. Walk away. I never get into debates and whatnot on social media or on…
Various different message boards or anything like that. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, That’s not how you do things that do things the right way You don’t you don’t let things become Personal they go nowhere. I I hope you know, I I wish you know, I pray quite frankly that the the temperature could come down and people could actually have Conversations with one other but again, I again you may disagree with me
on this one, you might. I do believe and you could see it right now. This is right now it is coming from the left. I was listening to an interview with journalist Michael Schellenberger this morning and he’s talking about when he was younger and, you know, he’s very much left of center guy and he’s just like, he’s like, I didn’t leave.
you know, the left, the left, left me. I mean, they’re all for censorship now. They’re all for all of these, you know, these terrible things that, again, wasn’t about blood before. It used to be about the freedom of expression. And that was a good thing. Freedom of expression, freedom of speech, not shutting people up or shutting people down. And we see it. We see it when it comes to, you know, we got to shut Musk up. We got to quiet him up. Got to shut down Twitter.

disinformationists and disinformation that, no, that they are not willing to have their ideas challenged. That’s frightening, people, it is. And again, I wanna go back to what JD Vance said, we got the holidays coming up, we got Thanksgiving coming, we Christmas coming, you have friends, don’t discard them because of politics. You try to win people over, again.
They don’t want to hear it, walk away. There’s no point in it anyway. Watchdogonwallstreet.com.
