Strait Open, Ceasefire Brewing… But Who Really Won?
(00:00.43)
So you’re saying the straight is open? Yeah, a little dumb and dumber. So you’re saying there’s a chance? Yes, the straight is well, according to the Iranians at this point in time and the various different sources that I have, they are going to allow ships to go through the straight or moves as far as the ceasefire as long as the ceasefire is going to occur. The sticking point with this was that
Lebanon and Israel are at a ceasefire point right now. That was a key point for the Iranians. So what does this mean? What is going to happen next? So far, so far, we asked the Iranians to give a 20 year moratorium. When it came to enriching uranium, they said no, said no, they’re not
going to do this. I think it’s going to end up being some sort of wink wink nod nod five year moratorium. That’s what you’re looking at right now. That’s what they’re asking for, to put an end to this so everybody can basically walk away from the table. Let me translate this for you. Cutting through all the noise. And again, I want everybody to take your donkey hat off.
Take your elephant hat off and look at this. Look at this. We have gone in, we have hammered the place. Absolutely hammered the place. Without a doubt, we have disabled a lot of their capabilities. Do they still have all of their enriched uranium? Yes, they do.
Interestingly enough, that’s one of the side things that are going on in the conversation where we’re gonna say we’re gonna we want to buy it from them for $20 billion or something like that. I don’t know. We’ll see where that one goes. They got us and they have the rest of the world in a bit of a pickle. I did a lengthy explanation of asymmetric warfare.
(02:26.83)
And they’ve engaged in it pretty darn well. They’ve already been speaking, their rains have been talking with the Europeans in regards to figuring out some way. The Europeans have said we’ve got six weeks left of jet fuel. That that’s a bit of a problem. And we already don’t like the prices that we’re paying here. You should see what they’re paying over there. Okay, not neither here nor there.
Like I said, I think this is going to be step back from one another. The Iranians are going to declare victory. We are going to declare victory and we’re going to leave it at that. I don’t know how the Israelis are going to react to this. I really don’t. I don’t know how the other countries in the region are going to react to this, but that’s the way things look.
at this point in time. What do we leave? What do we leave? Again, it depends on what hat you wear, okay, is whatever interpretation you’re gonna get via the mainstream media. And this is why I highly recommend you have to, you have to go outside of the American news media to get information. And believe it or not, you know, one of the best, most accurate,
sources of information has been Al Jazeera, quite frankly. It just has been. They’ve been spot on. And I follow everything track, you know, who’s BS and whatnot. They’ve done a very good job at covering what’s taking place. We have left. We didn’t get regime change, killed a lot of top people, without a doubt, killed a lot of top people. However, they have been replaced with more.
hardliners. Replace more hardliners. Again, I don’t know that that probably would, you you one would think that that would be problematic down the road, but who knows? I don’t. I know. I’m just presenting you with the fact you can take it for whatever it is. Can we hit a lot of their capabilities? But obviously they have a lot more.
(04:51.026)
Obviously, they’re they’re capable of doing a lot more. So what’s going to happen next? They still have their nuclear material they promise are not going to further enrich it for a period of time. However, we’re going to allow them to continue to do certain things with nuclear material as long as we’re saying as long as it’s above ground and for medical purposes. I don’t know what this means. This
I’m gonna give you my basically translation of what I’m watching right now. It looks like the president needs a Something needs a win. And you know, he will declare a win when it comes to this. And there’s gonna be a lot of show, a lot of fanfare, all sorts of stuff back here. The Iranians are gonna obviously declare that they’ve won. Because they got rid of us.
and no regime change, they’re keeping their nuclear material, whatever it may be, and they’re gonna look to rebuild. I don’t think there’s gonna be any sanctions on them.
I don’t think gonna be any sanctions on them after this. Now, that can go one of two ways. I’m not a big sanctions guy and I’ve talked about this before because it just doesn’t work. I think the more money that you have coming, the more business a country is able to do, you’re gonna, you know, again, I get it. You can end up with a situation like Russia where you get the oligarchs.
But when people are doing better, they’re doing well, and they can do more business, they’re gonna want more of that. And I think that that would actually push for more change. just, you we’ve had sanctions then, we’ve had sanctions on Cuba forever. I just, I don’t know if that actually works or not. I’m not convinced. So if the sanctions are off, then I can actually, you know, maybe benefit. Maybe they’ll spend the money.
(06:52.782)
on rebuilding things and they won’t go nuts as far as the military is concerned. However, they will also have a lot of money to go out and purchase arms. Not difficult to purchase more from Russia and China, North Korea, whatever they want to get, they’re gonna still get them. Okay, leave that at that. So we’re dealing with that. Again, they still got the nuclear material, they had a more hardline government. I we basically what
I’m asking the question here. What exactly? What exactly was what exactly we achieve? At this point, I don’t know. I didn’t I didn’t see the. Imminent threat, I’m not sitting in the briefings, but people that were outside of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu said they didn’t see an imminent threat, so or Pete Hegseth, excuse me.
So, you know, neither here nor there. Straits open. Oil prices have come way down. Initial reaction to that oil price, which is great, which is great. Markets racing through the roof. A lot of short covering taking place. Fantastic. We’re going to see what transpires this weekend. Watchdog on wallstreet.com.
