(00:00.398)
Yeah, NPR scandal, whatever you want to call it. It is what it is. Nobody should be surprised by this story at all. But I want to get into why this takes place. And in my belief that lack of accountability, it’s a liberal breeding ground. That’s where liberalism really thrives. Now you’re told that you don’t want to have mosquitoes around.
Make sure that you don’t leave any sort of standing water around because it’s where mosquitoes can breed, right? Well, lack of accountability in any organization is a liberal breeding ground. National public radio. No, there’s no real accountability there. No one needs to pay any sort of attention.
ratings and how people are doing or how many people are listening. It’s national public radio. The checks keep coming. It is a radio outlet people. Oh my god, it’s this is an institution. It’s wonderful. It’s great. No, it’s it’s paid for by your tax dollars. Does anybody think that national public radio would exist without them taking
your hard earned tax dollars and giving it to them. No way. Know how. National public. Let me tell you a story about National Public Radio that was hilarious. I first encountered the folks over there at NPR when I used to do radio rows for political conventions and all your actions. I don’t even bother doing them anymore. It’s a waste of time anyway.
Anyway, you have radio row that we set up. And you know, basically, all the radio show hosts would have their own little table or booth or, or back in the day, some talk radio network would have their little station that was set up. So there I was. And back then, you know, Michael Savage would never show up at these things. But Michael Medved, Laurie, all the hosts that were on there, we’d be all lined up.

Sean Hannity had his booth there. But what was always interesting was that we the people that actually had to be in the black, had to show profits, had to be accountable. We carried our equipment. We helped set things up. It was on shoestring budgets and staff. I always loved being next to Neil Bortz, one of my
My favorite’s here, what a neat guy he was. And then there was NPR. Oh yeah, NPR, their radio booth at these radio rows, it was extraordinary. I mean, fancy pants equipment. They had massive television screens set up all for the host there with the countdown clock going, everything there.
all of the staff and minions that they had working for them. And I was like, this is your tax dollars at work. There’s no accountability with this. No, it was, again, it was government money, it was your money, it was our tax dollars that were flowing to fund this monstrosity that nobody listens to. So anybody surprised at the fact?
that, I mean, you got one of their writers, who’s a liberal himself, saying that NPR lost its way, lost its way with its listeners because of, you know, this tact that it’s been on for a period of time. We all know this.
They’re liberals. It’s a liberal breeding ground. Wherever you have any sort of detachment from accountability whatsoever, this is what you’re going to get. Liberalism will breed like mosquitoes. Watchdog on wallstreet .com.
