Are professional baseball ticket prices driving you nuts? Well they are about to go up again. An appeals court in Newark, New Jersey ruled that fans that get hit by foul balls could sue. I can hear the commercials already,

“Are you a victim of pro-baseball negligence, have you ever been served warm beer, cold hot dogs or been the victim of a bad sun-burn at a professional game. Have you ever been hit with a hard white sphere coming off a warlike club? If so dial 1-800- WE-SUE-EVERYONE!”

Another win for tort lawyers, another loss for Americans. John Edwards must be upset he didn’t think of this one first.
