Donald Trump is trolling. That’s right. Trolling the establishment with Matt Gatz. OK, you can go through every every publication out there. Pundits out there. Jake Tapper, Wall Street Journal. Matt Gatz is a bad choice for attorney general. Then this is funny. I got to see what the Wall Street Journal.
had to say about Matt Gatz here. Okay. Matt Gatz, he’s a performer. Okay. Trump was lauding Gatz’s law degree from William & Mary, but it might as well be a doctorate in outrage theater. He’s a performer, a provocateur. And his view is that the more explosions he can cause, the more attention he can get. He said, it’s impossible to get canceled if you’re on every channel, he once said. And if you’re not making news, you ain’t governing.
Yeah, he says there’s no interest in governing and the Wall Street Journal went off on all the stuff that took place with the House Speaker and all these things that are going on. GOP shocked. People were laughing. People were crying. They didn’t know what to do. It’s Trump playing 3D chess. Matt Gatz. I don’t know much about the guy.
I really don’t. He spent a bitsy bitsy little bit of time in the private sector as a lawyer, not very long. He comes from a political family. father, father was a representative here in the state of Florida, think his grandfather in North Dakota. He was involved here in the Florida legislature with the Stand Your Ground laws back in the day.
most certainly made a name for himself in Washington DC. He puts on a bit of a show. We know this. He’s under investigation for some party he attended where some 17 year old girl said that there was drugs there. There was drugs there and people might have been sleeping in the bedrooms. Again, that’s like a slow night, you know, with Bill Clinton for crying out loud. But anyway, now they’re here.

All of that away. First and foremost, the investigation now goes away because there’s a house investigation he resigned from the house. I don’t know if he is going to get confirmed or not. I really don’t. What I do know, what I do know is it’s going to be a show. The confirmation hearings. this is going to be a show because it’s most certainly this guy knows where there are bodies buried.
He most certainly knows where bodies are buried without a doubt. And it’s not going to be like one of those hearings where, you know, it’s like for Supreme Court. Matt Gantz will say whatever he wants. And that’s what Donald Trump wants him to do. If he basically presents the Democrats as completely unhinged.
and they have to go off and spending all of their quote, unquote political capital trying to derail him from getting in as attorney general, they’re not going to have any ammunition left for other picks.
That’s my opinion. think Trump knows exactly what he’s Basically, Matt Gatz is gonna be the lead blocker, okay, I’ll give you a football parlance here, lead blocker for the rest of the Trump nominees. What could happen? it’ll look bad if he doesn’t get confirmed. No, no, it’ll be forgotten quickly.
And the interesting thing is, that, geez, Ron DeSantis, Ron DeSantis could turn around and appoint him to the Senate.
