The Impeachment Circus Rolls On

Oh, the impeachment circus rolls on, rolls on again and again and again. And I get tons of emails from all of these, you know, political operators all the time, and now they’re upset at these Republicans. These eight Republicans that have pushed back, pushed back against Marjorie Taylor Greene and her efforts to impeach Department of Homeland Security, Mayorkas, because again, they’ve been talking about this now for what? A year? A year. At least a year. Last, I was, I remember talking about this being on Fox News and you know, I don’t want peach Mayorkas, I’ll have this problem at the border.

What good will that do? Is there gonna be any policy change if you impeach Mayorkas? I think he’s useless too. But you see, we have this thing, we have this, it’s called elections here in this country, and Biden won. And Biden, Biden picks who he wants to work in his cabinet. Now I don’t even think we should have.

I had a department of Homeland Security. I think that whole bureaucracy which Bush started is stupid, quite frankly. And what we’re looking at right now would be the first time in the history of the country, we’re going to impeach a cabinet secretary. What’s the point? So you impeach him, then what? He’s gonna be replaced by what? Gonna be replaced by someone that Biden chooses. Then what? Still Biden’s policies. He’s still president.

In 2000, was it? No, it’s 2019. Sorry, 1998. They lost, I think it was five. He said they were going to pick up 30. They had a big Republican wave in 1994. They went backwards in 1998. Newt Gingrich ended up stepping down. And the hypocrisy of the people that were involved. Newt Gingrich in of himself for crying out loud, they’re going after Bill Clinton.

They want to impeach Bill Clinton for what? Because he lied under oath and obstructed justice because he was sleeping around Monica Lewinsky, Paula Jones. Is that high crimes and misdemeanors? And at the time I was a member of the Republican party. I’m like, this is stupid. And this is gonna have long lasting repercussions, which it has.

I mean, he cheated on his first wife, left her while she was in the hospital recovering from cancer, then left his wife, second wife, while she had MS for his third wife, who he had an affair with while he was going after Bill Clinton. And then Bob Livingston as well. Remember him? He was supposed to be Speaker of the House.

He was supposed to be Speaker of the House after Newt Gingrich. And then they found out that he was cheating on his wife during the entire thing. Remember, it was that Larry Flint guy there, the guy who had the dirty magazine. He went after all these people asking for information and all this stuff started coming out of the woodwork. Again, was good for the country. You guys thinking about what was best for the country or were you thinking about what was best for political power?

Is Marjorie Taylor Greene going after Maiorcas? You really think. You really think she’s thinking about what’s best for the country right now. Or is she looking to, you know, again, get her name in the paper, but she has no problem getting her name in the paper. Again, it’s just, it’s embarrassing, quite frankly, if you actually think about it. It’s embarrassing. You’re not doing anything to solve.
