President Trump’s Epic Clash with the Kangaroo Court
(00:00.394)
All right, I got to cover this Donald Trump and the kangaroo court that’s taking place in New York City at this point in time, because this is a collective waste of our time. Uh, it really is. And again, I’m an equal opportunity basher here on the program. Um, this, this entire case is BS. It is a kangaroo court. Um, yeah.
Donald Trump, I don’t know why he’s handling it in the way that he is, but again, it’s Donald being Donald. He pulled out a piece of paper during testimony yesterday claiming it would completely clear his name in this civil fraud case. He wanted to show the judge and the prosecutor, in essence, a disclaimer clause from a financial statement in which.
Latita James has accused him of lying in her lawsuit. He said if the judge would have it. And I would love to read this, said Trump, Your Honor, if I could. Not at this point, not at this point, replied Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Angoran. I’m shocked, Trump said. And again, he went off on the case and went off on the prosecutor and the judge and.
Again, I think you let the facts kind of speak for themselves. I don’t understand what, you know, Donald Trump’s doing, the purpose behind his conduct. Again, maybe it’s to grab attention. I never know what this guy really wants to do. But the fact remains that they’ve never tried a case like this before. Again, to all of you lefties out there listening here that are cheering this on, is this what you really want? I mean, let’s get to ask yourself. This is.
sound justified to you. Donald Trump, okay, who is, you know, come on people, he’s, he’s probably one of our nation’s biggest exaggerators. Okay, everything he’s touched, everything he’s done is the greatest thing out there. You know, I caught a fish this big, all right, everything he says, okay, you have to take what a grain of salt. Now he’s going to banks, he’s going to banks, and he’s asking for all sorts of money for this real estate project in that

estate project. And they okay it. They okay it. And again, he presents his financial statements where he may have exaggerated, it looks like he did the size of certain properties, the his net worth, yada, yada. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it the bank’s job to maybe look in to that? I mean, it’s not like Donald Trump has got a squeaky clean history when it comes to business.
How many pieces of property, how many casinos, how many companies have gone under his watch? I mean, it’s countless, the amount. I mean, there’s tons and tons and tons. So you don’t think that the banks are aware of who they’re doing business with at this point in time?
Again, I think they do. And Trump’s defense in this is bringing up the fact that every single loan that he took out in regards to these financial statements that he put out there, every loan got paid back. So in his defense is where’s the victims here? Now, again, this New York state law says that
If you commit fraud and nobody gets hurt, you’re still liable. Oh, OK. Again, to me, this it’s like Donald Trump is driving 60 in a 55, maybe 65 in a 55. Is this really necessary? No. And again, I don’t see eye to eye with Donald Trump on a myriad of things.
as everyone well knows here on the program. But yeah, this looks like a bit of a hit job. Now, the other cases and election fraud and this and that, the next thing what’s taking place in Atlanta, I haven’t really dealt with it. I again, I’m tired of it. It just annoys me. It just puts me in a not in a good place. Even go bothering, wasting my time looking into these things. But this one that is front and center at this point in time is stupid.

It’s a collective waste of taxpayer money. It is a political hit job. But again, I think Donald Trump is using this to his advantage and using this as an excuse not to show up at the debate tomorrow night in Miami. Anyway, my take on it. Watch Dog on wallstreet.com.
