Pam Bondi Just Made A BIG Mistake
(00:00.59)
What are you doing, Pam? Come on! I hate doing this, but I have to. Hey, Pam bonded better on several occasions, appearances on TV, green rooms, always very, very nice. She’s a neighbor down here in Tampa, Florida, but what are you doing? What exactly are you doing here?
I gotta quote some of the things that she has said. This was on a podcast. We will absolutely target you, go after you if you are targeting anyone with hate speech. Pam, you’re going to lose bigly at the Supreme Court. Hate speech? I want you to remember…
We’re supposed to be conservatives here and actually believe in the right for people to say whatever the hell they want to say. I don’t care how vile it may be. I don’t care if I don’t like it. I don’t care if it’s terrible. You’re going to prosecute people, target people for speech.
And she goes on. There’s free speech and then there’s hate speech. And there’s no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie. No, speech is, know, commercial was, I don’t know what it was. I it was a chicken commercial, parts is parts. Speech is speech is speech is speech. Okay.
There are other categories, right? got libel, incitement, threats. But speech that is hateful, including all those disgusting people that are going online and saying terrible things about Charlie, that’s protected. On Fox News, she was on Sean Hannity’s program. And employers, you.

have an obligation to get rid of people. You need to look at people who are saying horrible things and they shouldn’t be working with you. Businesses cannot discriminate. If you want to go in and print posters with Charlie’s pictures on them for a vigil, you have to let them do that. We can prosecute you for that. Pam? Pam?
Zero obligation to fire anyone for speech. Obligation, meaning what? Meaning I will be in, if I don’t fire somebody for hate crime, it doesn’t make any difference, I’m still not breaking any law. I would never keep anyone. I will fire people.
But I don’t have an obligation to do this, to understand. This is part of the problem, people. Okay? Either you’re gonna be a conservative or you’re not gonna be a conservative. Either you’re gonna believe in the Constitution or you’re not going to believe in the Constitution. You can’t have it two ways. This is exactly what we’ve been fighting against from the cancel culture people on the left.
A business most certainly can get rid of an employee for saying shitty things. Or in the case of Office Depot, which they did, they fired the employees. Do they have to?

That’s not the country we live in. The state of Texas. Over 100 teachers in Texas will now have their teacher certification suspended and become ineligible to teach. Again, smart move by the state of Texas. Do I want hateful people in the classroom? Absolutely not. So they had to, they should fire them without a doubt. I am gonna…
give you a quote right here. This is from Charlie Kirk. Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There’s ugly speech. There’s gross speech. There’s evil speech. All of it is protected by the First Amendment. Keep America free.
Yeah, yeah, again, listen.
Conservatives, we have been fighting, fighting for a while for the right to refuse service to someone. Birthday cake type stuff where again, for religious purposes, they don’t wanna do a cake for a gay wedding. Okay. Now.
Pam is going to roll this back. You understand that all of this stuff, all of this nasty speech, all this hateful crap is being taken care of without Pam Bondi, without any government, in real time.

Now, again, you know what we want and what I’ve wanted going back to Trump’s first administration, where with all due respect, he dropped the ball. Call it what I see it. Yeah, I want you to go after all of those networks, those Soros networks, Black Lives Matter, Anti-FA. Because, know, burning down cities and all that crap and funding all of this nonsense? Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, I have no problem. No problem looking into those organizations as domestic terror organizations. For crying out loud, the FBI used to look at Catholics, for practicing Catholics as far. was part of their thing there. I was under the Richmond FBI bureau as, know, we might be some sort of wackos out there. No, go after these organizations. They’re the ones that are gining all this crap up. They’ve already proved it with cell phone data how these people are paid.
to go out there and wreck havoc. Go after them. But allow people to see whatever the hell they want. This has been great. These wack jobs are openly outing themselves in front of the entire world. We’re able to get them out of the classroom in all of these places. That’s good. That’s what the beauty of free speech.
