Damn It Feels Good to Be a Political Gangster

We are equal opportunity bashers here on the program. We’re honest, we go after both sides. We don’t believe in being a member of a political party. I’m sorry, I think it’s nonsensical. But anyway, I wanna talk, I started thinking of this song from the movie Office Space by the Ghetto Boys. And it was when they were smashing a fax machine or a printer that didn’t work right. And the song was, damn, it feels good to be a gangster. Well, I gotta change it.
Damn, it feels good to be a political gangster. And as we’ve seen, as we get story after story after story with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and these politicians and all of the benefits that they have and the stock trades that they’re able to do. It was the latest one with Ro Khanna out in California and nothing is ever done. I got, like I said, both sides of the coin here. Big story in the Wall Street Journal about
Jared Kushner and his deal making career. Again, he got $3 billion. $3 billion from the Saudi, the Emirati and Qatari investors out there. He presented himself as a unique business leader.
and he got $3 billion. I’ve been managing money for 30 years. Let me tell you something, I’m not gonna get a meeting with the Saudis, Qataris, and the Emiratis and getting $3 billion anytime soon, even though my track record would blow away anything Jared Kushner can do. He doesn’t even have one. How did he get this money? Well, again, he’s the son-in-law of Donald Trump.
Not to mention the fact, and again, you look into this column, he hasn’t been able to deliver as far as investments are concerned, yet he still gets paid tens of millions of dollars a year managing nothing.

tens of millions of dollars. Now again, that is, it’s chump change to these, you know, leaders and oligarchs in the middle, they shake their couch, they can come up with tens of millions of dollars. But you don’t think that this entire deal stinks to high heaven too. We mentioned here on the podcast, even James Comers, like this, there’s obviously some ethical problems with this deal. But again, this is how.
This is how these folks parties, this is how they do business. You know, rather than, you know, rather than going out and making something on their own, they trade on their family’s name or whatever connections that they might have or phone calls they might be able to hook up with. And again, it’s unfortunate, but again, I’ll get to that, talk about it. It’s a big club and you and I ain’t in it. But again, it’s because we’re not in it. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t know about it.
