Are You About to Lose Your Choice of Doctor?!

OK, I surrender. I got a white shirt on. I’m waving the white flag when it comes to single payer. I know this is going to blow a lot of people’s Lot of people’s minds. I just I’m a realist and I don’t see any way out. I really don’t. I don’t see any way out from where we are today. I’m going go back in time.
Obamacare Obamacare by design by design. It was there to in essence become a complicated mess, almost like a. It’s like a time release, a time release drug designed to wreck. The healthcare system and America and bring on single.
You can actually go back and you can see some of the quotes, some of the things that were said by Barack Obama. They knew, they knew up, couldn’t get single payer done at that point in time. Instead, we got Obamacare. I remember back at that point in time, they were like deputizing people. And I was one of the people they deputized to go through part of this healthcare act and make heads or tails out of it. Paul Ryan.
to his credit, did Yeoman’s work on this. You remember the conference that they had. I can never forget this stuff because I was involved in it. The conference that they took place across. Was it the vice president’s residence? I think I’m not mistaken. And basically laying out exactly what was going to happen. But it did matter. It didn’t matter. Donald Trump, when he was president, had the House, had the Senate,
couldn’t get rid of it. They turned it down and quite frankly, the Republicans didn’t really have much of an answer in regards to replace it with anything. This is some of the numbers, okay? And this is why I’m surrendering on single payer. This is some of the numbers. The CBO estimated in its revised 10 -year budget forecast that Obamacare subsidies would cost 1 .3 trillion over the next
(02:29.006)
The Medicaid expansion for healthy adults earning below 138 % of the poverty line is gonna cost another 1 .4 trillion. And that’s assuming the Obamacare subsidy sweeteners that were enacted in the COVID bill, 2021 COVID bill in the Inflation Reduction Act, they’re set to expire in 2025. That enabled many households to qualify for more than $10 ,000.
and subsidies. Anybody think that that’s going away? I doubt it. Even if Donald Trump wins. Even if Donald Trump, he’s not going to take that away. He’s not going to make himself, you know, people not like him. didn’t care. He’s a big spender too. The Obamacare subsidies are expected to cost 450 billion more from 2022 to 2031 than the July 21 CBO projection. The richer subsidies lured millions of more people to sign up than originally forecast. This is especially true for those earning less than 150 ,000, 150%, excuse me, of the poverty level who can receive subsidies that fully offset premiums. Again, Wall Street Journal having all of these numbers out today.
The CBO also says the end of the pandemic emergency last spring is spurring many people who are no longer eligible for Medicaid to sign up for Obamacare exchange plans. The rule that was finalized, Biden administration rule 2022 enabled some 5 million more people to qualify for Obamacare subsidies, about 1 million of whom have signed up so far. They also got rid of multiple.
income verification requirements, making it very, very easy for people to qualify for these subsidies. Millions of enrollees misrepresent their incomes and receive more subsidies than they should. The number claiming income between 100 and 150 % of the federal poverty line, those who are eligible for subsidies at fully covered premiums and cost sharing exceed the number of potential enrollees in nine states.

They’re expecting fraud is anywhere between 15 to 20 billion dollars alone. Again, I can go on and on and on about this, but again, mission accomplished, Democrats, Obama’s administration who put Obamacare through, all they wanted to do was to get single payer. And I have to say at this point in time, I think they might as well just do
I think they might as well just go. Again, I’m being serious here. OK, I’m being serious. Why not? But maybe if they streamline some of this stuff and all of this nonsense, maybe possibly it might bring costs down. don’t know. The only thing I ask. The only thing I ask is you cannot. You cannot make private insurance. Illegal. Can’t do
Okay. Again, lot of European, they got socialized medicine, many European countries, but if you want to pay, you can get private insurance and then you’ve got certain doctors and yeah, you’re going to have a systems bifurcate. I get that. I get that. I quite frankly, I don’t care. I really don’t. I’ll pay. I’ll pay.
But this nonsense is just gonna get worse and worse and worse. like I said, we’ve gotten to the point in time where, again, I know I’m gonna get blowback from this. I guarantee I’m gonna get a of blowback. What’s the solution?
What’s the solution? Did you honestly think you’re gonna get the support in Congress to repeal this? Once you start handing things out, once you start giving things away, once you start entitlements here in America, they never end. They never end, they just become more and more.
(06:59.914)
expensive. That is the reality. And again, I you know, people Roger McCain or Kane with the thumbs up. I’m telling you right now, if it wasn’t McCain, for wasn’t McCain, it would have been somebody else. Okay. The Republicans wanted honestly, they didn’t want to repeal and replace Obamacare. Okay, if you honestly believe that you got another thing, I’m sure some did. That’s it. I it’s just too much
That’s too much work. again, these members of Congress, they’re not interested in working. They got to raise money. That’s what they do. That’s their job. Their job is legislating. Bullshit. They’re fundraisers. yeah, what McCain and he put the thumbs down. Yes, if it wasn’t McCain, it would have been somebody else. Guaranteed. Guaranteed. So now.
again, we’ve got this mess. We’ve got this mess and we’re spending ungodly sums of money. I don’t know. The only thing I can think of right now is again, you want your single payer, give them their single payer and streamline the hell out of this thing. You want to do Medicare for all? Fine. Fine. I, I, I, I, got us. I, I throw my hands up in the air. Just allow me an out. Allow me an out. Allow, allow the free market to still exist. Okay, for people that want to Watchdog on wallstreet .com.
