protecting predators with your tax dollars. That’s right. Actually, I reported on this, that was about a year or so ago. Can’t remember exactly. And people were kind of shocked by the fact that, your tax dollars are spent, they’re used by our fearless leaders in Washington, DC to pay off victims of sexual harassment. That’s right. Your hard earned dollars.
are used to pay off victims of sexual harassment by your friendly neighborhood politicians. Well, the House voted, it was a bill proposed to actually shed some light on this, on the sexual misconduct allegations against these members of Congress. Yeah, it got shot down.
Got shot down. it was about to make public all reports on allegations of congressional lawmakers and aides engaging in sexual misconduct or harassment. But, oh, I wasn’t even close. A 357 to 65 vote, the House voted to refer this resolution to committee, which means, ah, that killed it. Basically killing it.
yeah, they said that it could chill victim cooperation and witness participation in ongoing and future investigations and make it harder for the committee to investigate and eliminate sexual misconduct in the house. Yeah, that’s that’s what I say about this. All the victims may be retraumatized. So we’ll just keep on
