The Nvidia–China Deal Makes ZERO Sense (And No One Can Explain It)
(00:00.76)
So I was asked to make sense out of the latest deal between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping, Nvidia chips. Chips ahoy! Yeah, I can’t. I can’t. Listen, I’m be honest with you. You better chance at me trying to make sense out of a Fellini film, okay?
than making sense out of what has just come down the pike because it doesn’t make any sense. I’m gonna provide with you the facts because nobody’s putting this together because nobody can. It doesn’t make any sense. Trump says, here we come to save the day. Here we cut a deal with Xi Jinping and China and we are going to allow them to buy Nvidia’s H200 chips.
Oh yes, these H200 chips, we’re gonna allow them as long as the United States government can keep 25% of the sales.

Again, that’s a bit of a shakedown in of itself. Whatever. I won’t even get into that in my issues. Take that and put that aside. Okay, yeah, Z is thrilled and Z’s happy. On the very same day, the same day that we made this announcement, this came out from the Department of Justice. These chips are the building blocks of AI superiority.
and are integral to modern military applications. The country that controls these chips will control AI technology. The country that controls AI technology will control the future.

They said this about these H200 chips. Now, what is it here? Is China, again, this is how they confuse and bewilder people. And I don’t blame you because none of it makes any sense. We’re told, we got to spend all of this military build up and build up because we got to counter China and China is a big adversary and they got to have, Gordon Chang on Fox Business all the time talking about how evil China is and.
Oh, you know, I got this one saying this and we have to be wary of China. And again, we’re told that these chips were the big deal and yet we’re going to sell them to China. Which is it here? Which is it here? I’m trying to get my arms around this. At the same time, same time.
US authorities shut down major China linked AI tech smuggling network. Operation Gatekeeper disrupts trafficking network and seizes more than 50 million in advanced GPUs destined for China and other restricted locations. At the same time, wait for it, China to limit, now they don’t want the chips, to limit Nvidia’s H200 chip access
after Trump greenlights the exports.
Yeah, Regulators in Beijing are considering plans to limit access to the H200A1 chips. right.

I got nothing.
I got nothing. I can’t explain it. Again, confused and bewildered here at the Watchdog on Wall Street show. You can make heads or tails out of this. God bless you. Watchdogonwallstreet.com.
