Markets, Missiles & Midterms: The Push for a Quick Exit
(00:01.132)
markets, munitions, and midterms. It was kind of funny to see JP Morgan put out a note today, basically echoing our sentiments here at Markowski Investments and what our take is on what’s happening in the Middle East. I do believe that the administration is working very, very hard to get it off ramp, but quick. Listen to Marco Rubio.
this morning talking about this is going to be over when all of their missiles are taken care of. We can declare that at any point in time. Any point in time, we can come out and say, we’ve got what we need to get. It’s all taken care of, all well and good. We can get out. I am hoping that’s going to happen sooner rather than later. I really do. The idea that
we’re gonna take over this country, force some sort of regime change. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Again, anybody with half a brain, you can take a look at the size of the country, the logistics involved, what it would take to do that. Notice that would be an absolute disaster. Many people out there will say, hey, you know what? We knocked them back a peg or two. but again, it’s all about the unintended.
consequences. You start a fight, you start a fight, you don’t know how it’s going to end. We don’t know, we don’t know what type of sleeper cells that are here, there, and everywhere around the country. I’m currently in New York and I have to tell you the police presence was definitely very, very visible. And again, I wasn’t
near yesterday drove by the free side on the FDR highway. you know, that that terror attack, attempted terror attack on a anti-Muslim protest by two members of ISIS. I wasn’t even near that area. I that was a small protest, like 100 people. But downtown on a Sunday, it was it was visible, to say the least. I have to believe that that is a concern of ours at this

time. So yes, yes, you’re looking at three different things. The markets last year, I know, I know the president declared victory on the whole terror thing and Liberation Day, but anybody would know what happened. We had a backtrack, we had a walk away. The markets forced his hand with that munitions. can’t keep this up. We can’t keep this up. can’t continue to shoot 2000.
(02:54.477)
$30,000 drones. We can’t keep up the pace.
where you cannot, you you can’t take over and change your regime change and just by bombing a country, it’s not going to happen. That’s obviously a big thing in midterms. The reality of situation is you get oil for an extended period of time, five, $6 a gallon, it’s going to work its way through with like everything else. Again, oil is in basically everything. Prices start to go up.
you’re gonna talk, you know, they’re already talking, before this even happened, they were talking of blood bath in the midterms, it’s going to be much, much worse. Guys, don’t doubt me on this one, but you know, we all need to kind of hope this happens sooner rather than later, so there isn’t any more unintended consequences. Again, we have right now, it’s not getting any play in the mainstream media, which-
really is unfortunate how they cover things. Israel attacked major oil refinery, guess, supposedly were none.
(04:08.813)
I don’t know if you remember.
(04:15.085)
hit the oil refineries and the oil in Kuwait and all of the crap that got spewed into the air and the damage it did. And again, that was in a desert. It’s raining oil in Tehran right now. That’s the type of toxins in the air. And this is a city with 10 million people.
or not we were not too happy about that I guess.
(04:49.133)
and Witkoff and Netanyahu and we kind of, I guess, sent them a strongly worded letter.
Sorry, I began, I’m trying to see some positive evidence. know.
opinion quite frankly that you know all for decapitating them and that they know iran is you know the the been the uh source of all of the united states problems for the past 47 years um okay okay i don’t see it uh quite frankly um other side note you are continually having
(05:28.563)
in the Middle East, making big statements, putting them out on social media.
Those who are directed by the government for them, they’re not going to come out against our public. They’re not going to come out and say a darn thing unless it was approved by the powers that be within that country. going after Lindsey Graham and many others, Lindsey Graham calling on all of the Arab states to start.
(05:59.566)
you are. We don’t want any part of this. And if you don’t think that that again was all approved by the higher ups, it is. So looking for an off ramp, that that’s what I see, I of see the administration is doing right now. I don’t think it went the way they expected it to. Didn’t turn into a Venezuela type of situation. Donald Trump will declare victory and we’ll get out. Fingers crossed, crossed myself praying that that’s the case.
