Someone has a way to do things in a way not to do things. When I used to coach, again, I’m brutally honest with the kids and giving advice or whatever it may be, it’s called a poop sandwich, okay? You give a compliment, criticize, and then give another bit of a compliment. Again, it’s kind of a good way handling things, and you can be very, very direct.
