Buying Pardons? The Bipartisan Fraud Problem No One Wants to Fix
(00:00.578)
Defending fraud with bots. But he did it. But they do it. But it’s OK because they do it. But what about them? I have no tolerance for that. And this is one of the reasons why I’m not going to find me voting for JD Vance in the next election. I know it’s the guy that they’re pushing. They just put JD Vance in charge of waste, fraud, and abuse.
Waste fraud and abuse. just put him in charge and he’s going to go after all sorts of waste fraud and abuse, kind like the Obama did that with Joe Biden. Remember that he was going to be in charge of waste fraud and abuse with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t see another con artist fraudster somebody’s ripped off the American people pardoned. They’ll do it Chris Bill Clinton did it in
You know, Obama did it, Biden did it, Trump doing it.
How is this okay?
Did you not see me go after those guys when they did this? The types of things that Trump is pardoning are, it makes me sick to my stomach because it’s everything that I fight against. He is pardoning Wall Street, Connors, he’s, you name it, people who have ripped off senior citizens. It’s ugly. It’s ugly.

story about the latest here. Have a listen. Have a listen and I’m curious. I want you to, I want you to tell me that this is okay. I want you to explain to me how this is okay and this is justified. Doris Coulson remains spirited even as her illness progressed watching cooking shows on TV, working crossword puzzles and wheeling herself down the hallways of a nursing home to show off her granddaughter when she came to visit. But admitted to Hillview post-acute
rehabilitation center in Little Rock, January 2016, after Parkinson’s left her at risk of choking when she swallowed. that April, the facility’s operations were taken over by Skyline Healthcare, a New Jersey based company that was buying up nursing homes across the country. She was not allowed to eat anything by mouth. That’s September, she was found unresponsive hanging over the side of her bed.
Her skin ashy and breathing shallow. She taken to the hospital in a coma. She died several days later. Aspiration, pneumonia. They found scrambled eggs in her lungs. Basically Skyline. They’ve been countless suits against Skyline and its owner, New Jersey businessman, Joseph Schwartz. Cost cutting. Left people without care.
And there’s been quite a many lawsuits tied to patient outcomes as Schwartz’s empire expanded and then unraveled, most of it collapsing in 2018. Schwartz didn’t contest the case and a judge in 2020 awarded $19 million in damages. Now, the families haven’t been able to collect.
because Schwartz relinquished all of his property in Arkansas. So there was nothing left in the state for the family’s lawyer to try to seize. Nor were there enough information about assets he may hold in other states. Prosecutors in New Jersey charged Schwartz with orchestrating a $39 million on top of this payroll scheme. So he was collecting obviously the payroll taxes.

from his employees and he wasn’t turning them over to the IRS. Again, they nailed him. He was sentenced to three years in prison for that. He served three months. Trump granted him a full pardon, negating his criminal conviction. And this is par for the course. Why would Trump do such thing?

guy donated over a million dollars to Trump’s reelection. I don’t know what to tell you, are you okay with this? I’m just throwing it out there. And spare me the Trump derangement syndrome, okay? This is not good if it was Trump, this is not good if it was Biden, this is not good if it was anybody.
I understand the power of pardoning people that actually deserve pardons over time remorse or whatever it may be. But you’re buying them. At this point in time, actually had a conversation. Conversation about this with somebody. You know what a smart move is right now? Smart move right now, because Trump unveiled his.
He’s not building a presidential library. He’s building a presidential hotel in Miami. Well, that’s what he wants to build. And you can go see the plans for it online. And I’m going to I’m going to hold my fire. Just leave it at that. Smart move. It’s probably when he starts collecting donations for that, which is probably going to be sooner rather than later. You might if you’re if you’re a criminal. OK, if you’re a bad dude, I would highly suggest.
talking to those people. Again, okay, this is if I was a bad guy and donating money and getting some sort of preemptive pardon, like a get out of jail free card, maybe he can grant that. I don’t know. But that’s, that’s, guess that’s how justice works.
in this country. It’s unfortunate. Again, I’ve talked about white collar crime and how, you know, pay a fine, walk away, really don’t do much. That’s how much of it goes. It’s most certainly how the big banks get away with all the financial scams and fraud that they’re involved with. these are people getting pardoned that have been actually convicted. Actually, you know, do it in jail and then let out.

because they donated money. Ken, give me your butts. Butt, butt, Markowski, butt, butt, butt, butt, butt, butt. It’s okay. It’s okay. Now, I don’t think so. And again, these are stories, quite frankly, that you will not see. You will not see. And one of reasons why I think you won’t see it is I think that other politicians are saying, wait a second, he did that? That’s genius.
We’re going to do the same thing too. This is a great, what a great way to raise money. By your way out of all white collar criminals donate to my campaign. And we’ll have a little conversation if I get elected. Watchdog on wallstreet.com.
