Biden’s Open Border Crisis Is About to Get Worse with This New Order
(00:00.27)
nobody messes with Joe Biden. Well, immigration politics. That’s what we’ve got right now. The president’s people, because Joe didn’t come up with this, announced on Tuesday that he is going to, well, again, declare and decree. I do declare, I do decree. I will bestow, he’s going to bestow legal status on the undocumented spouses and children of US citizens. Let’s get further into it. First and foremost, I’m not gonna even weigh in. I’m not gonna even weigh in on this, whether this be the right thing or wrong thing to do. We’re gonna put that aside for this argument. But basically this plan is gonna offer a new path of citizenship, 500 ,000.
500 ,000 people who entered the country illegally but are now married to US citizens. Department of Homeland Security said this will apply to anyone who has lived in the country for 10 years, is married to an American, and poses no security or criminal threat. Those who qualify, they’re gonna be shielded from deportation, provided work permits and three years to apply for citizenship.
Some 50 ,000 children of these spouses will also be eligible. Now again, I’m looking at the math on this one and something doesn’t smell right. First and foremost, you mean to tell me there’s 500 ,000 of these people that are illegal and married to American citizens and they only have 50 ,000 kids? Does that seem right to you? No, it doesn’t seem right to me either.
Okay, what Biden is doing, Biden is doing, it’s called parole in place. It allows Department of Homeland Security to let illegal immigrants remain in the United States while they apply for citizenship. It’s been used sparingly and it’s mainly for spouses and children of active duty US service or military reserve members. Now, again, let’s get into what the issue is here.

How in the world is this legal? How in the world can the President of the United States, I mean, we’re getting to a point in time, I do declare, I do decree. It’s almost that we need to have the Supreme Court, we need multiple Supreme Courts. We really do. And they need to be working 24 hours a day. It’s almost as if anything that the President does needs to go directly to the Supreme Court to decide whether or not this is legal or not.
We gotta file legal challenges and all this. Wouldn’t it be nice? Wouldn’t it be nice for all this nonsense to be rejected right away? Again, you know, we had the Supreme Court weigh in on the whole student loan thing and what did Biden do? Screw it, I’m gonna do it anyway. You know, who was it? Who was it? Was it Stalin? Or was it Stalin or Lenin? We talked about the Vatican and the Pope and how many divisions that they have.
It’s like the president of the United States is like Supreme Court. What are they going to do? Are they going to enforce anything? They’re going to rule on something. I’m going to do whatever the hell I want. And this took me back in time because this order that Joe Biden put through, in essence, it’s like the DACA plan that Obama put through 12 years ago. This is where, again, these were adults.
DACA plan was adults who were brought here illegally as children. Barack Obama at the time said, you’re all legal now. Then you have the Fifth Circuit Court in 2022 ruled that DACA was illegal. Congress, again, never granted Department of Homeland Security the power to offer blanket prosecutorial discretion over whom it deports. And this is now, again, it’s tied up in.
court system. And I thought about it. Yeah, 12 years ago, 12 years ago, even Saturday Night Live, Saturday Night Live made fun of Obama and his DACA deal. And I remember the member this whole prosecutorial discretion nonsense that he came up with. And when I was a kid, 1970s, they would have these little snippets on Saturday morning cartoons.

It was Schoolhouse Rock, it was called. And there was one about how a bill becomes a law. And the bill was singing, I’m just a bill, just an ordinary bill sitting here on Capitol Hill. And it went through the entire process and how a bill becomes a law. Well, Saturday Night Live, when Obama did this, actually kind of reenacted that that Saturday morning Schoolhouse Rock bit.
And it ended up with Obama pushing Bill down the steps of the Capitol building, doing again, Obama doing whatever he wants. They talk about, you know, they always play with Trump and dictators. We have the rule of law. What exactly does does Congress do? I mean, the president of the United States is just declaring a decree to do whatever the hell they want. How we got into that.
point in time here in this country. I mean, we do have a legislative branch of government, at least in theory. Has it become the damn House of Lords? I’m kind of. I mean, not even that, I mean, all they do is raise money and I guess hold hearings. But again, who gives the president the right to make law?
That’s not his job. Watchdog on wallstreet .com.
