Biden Cancel’s the Debt of Welfare Queen Government Workers

Yeah, Joe Biden’s looking to stick it to the productive members of society once again. And again, it’s another another loan forgiveness gift came called loan forgiveness. It’s basically transfer. We’re paying off other people’s loans. But I’m going to be honest here. Biden didn’t start the fire on this one. Bush did. Yeah, good old W.

They’re a big Republican, W, right? We got to go back to 2007. George W. Bush. George W. Bush basically doing everything and anything he could to make the Democrats and Nancy Pelosi happy so he could keep his ongoing adventure in Iraq going. He established a program that canceled student debt for government and non -profit people who make payments for 10 years. Make payments for 10 years, guess what? You work for the government, you work for a non -profit, you get student loan forgiveness.

Why? Again, well, you know what? We want people to work in government. Yeah, because these are lower paying public service jobs. Really? Well, that’s BS. I’ve got the numbers right here from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Taxpayers are paying a 40 % premium to state and local government employees

over comparable private employees. 40 % premium. Taxpayers pay public sector employees 23 % higher salaries and a whopping 79 % higher benefits than private employers. And this doesn’t even include the fact that you can’t get fired and you get tenure. No matter how much you suck at your job, you end up keeping it.

but yeah, yeah, they want to expand that now. They want to expand that right now to workers, early childhood educators. And this is from the Department of Education. Early childhood education. These are people employed by private businesses, help young children learn, grow and thrive, but they are often poorly compensated.

And student debt is a problem. Well. It’s a conversation a couple of days ago. Retired school teacher here in our district. 80 bucks an hour to tutor elementary school students. Eighty dollars an hour. You know what, people? Can I throw our hands up?
