(00:00.81) Oftentimes here on the program, one of the things I try to get across to people is to question. We’re all bright. We all have intelligence here and you have a gut. And when you see something that is being presented to you in the media narrative, whatever it may be, and it doesn’t […]
(00:00.566) Nikki Haley has most certainly got a post-debate bump. She made the rounds, many of the Sunday talkers, this past weekend, and she’s being applauded for being honest on many topics, leveling with the American voters, dealing in reality on many issues. And I do happen to agree with that. First and foremost is […]
(00:00.494) Teachers unions are evil. I’m sorry, that’s how I feel. And my dad, my late dad, who I love very much was a member of a teachers union, didn’t have a choice. He was a school teacher and he would have told you the same damn thing, along with the countless educators that I […]
(00:00.598) This ain’t a parody, okay? This real. They’re trying to start another COVID panic again. If you go to the front page in the New York Times today, that’s just leading stories out there. It’s not over yet. More people are getting COVID, and they’re hitting on that, and they’re talking about ventilation and […]
(00:00.714)Ouch! Mortgage rates. Woo-wee! Two decade high. Holy shnikes. Average 30-year fixed mortgage interest rate 7.23%. Wow. Yeah. Two years ago, borrowing rates were below 3%. Below 3. Regular unleaded gasoline in California, $5.26 a gallon, so $0.10 over the past week, $0.37 over the past month. Los Angeles County alone? The average price for […]
(00:00.202) Yeah, late night for me last night, stayed up and watched a debate and a feisty debate, I’d say a little bit of a feisty debate. And I’m going to be honest, I think that I was happy to see them covering various different issues, things that are actually important. And I do believe […]
(00:00.25) some of the left of center loonies, they love coming after me when it comes to some of the things that we discuss here on the program. They like to call my, our talks, our discussions here about inflation as a right wing target point. Yeah, no, it’s right wingers. There’s no inflation out […]
(00:00.882) Okay, inflation. I know we’ve been talking a lot about this. Great piece today by Judy Shelton, as usual, in the Wall Street Journal, echoing again many of the things that we’ve discussed. And again, it is that important. And I’ve tried to get across to people just how bad inflation is for everyday […]
